Ante natal education with a difference, this is a cross between an ante natal class, a sacred pregnancy day, a birthrights work shop and a mother blessing.
You will come away from this day knowing your body, your rights and your options and take home a variety of practical gifts including a beaded birth line, a birth affirmations banner and some bath salts to relax in and process the day.
Held in cosy locations in Maesycwmmer and also Cardiff, as an individual or a couples pregnancy day.
Designed to sit alongside and complement your hypno-birthing, NCT, Daisy Birthing or
NHS ante natal classes or to work as a one off day, you will thoroughly enjoy this day and connect to the other people there.
Can be run as a group event in your own home for up to 6 people £300 plus mileage.
Running time 10 am – 4.30 pm (ish).
£60 per woman – maximum of 6.
£95 per couple – maximum of 3 couples on the day.
